Tokyo Marui Airsoft Mp5 Parts
What’s the best gun (and brand) for CQB style airsoft?
I’m a relatively new player to airsoft (been playing about 1 year) and have been using a second hand Marui MP5. I like the size of the gun, and it’s great for small fields, indoors, etc… all CQB fields. But the MP5 is now 3 or 4 years old, shoots slow, has a painfully poor rate of fire, and is just getting old.
But now I’m in the market for a new gun. Want to stay with something slightly compact. Been thinking p90 or g36… and either Tokyo Marui or Classic Army.
Anybody out there have any feedback here? Which gun would you recommend? One if these or something different? Is Classic Army reliable? Are parts easy to find?

The guy above me was close — they’re out of Taiwan.
Echo 1 has the best airsoft P90 on the market, and JG’s G36 series is almost equal in terms of internal quality with CA.
Any SMG or sub carbine is a good choice — if I had to recommend something, and you have the budget for TM and CA, pick up a G&G (Better than the both of them, inside and out) PM5 variant.
They were, then they weren’t and now they’re pretty hit-and-miss by what item you buy. Their G36 and AR-15 lines are built well inside, but the rest I wouldn’t go near.
Almost any AEG you find will use a Ver. 2 or Ver. 3 mechbox, both of which are very easy to find parts for.
