airsoft gun law?
im trying to order a tokyo marui airsoft gun from japan (i think its japan) and i live in chicago, il. also it comes without the orange tip and looks real but its a replica… i was wondering if theres a law for not being able to bring it into chicago… does anyone know if its illegal in chicago??? also if it sends but they check it and theres no orange tip… do they send it back to japan or what???? someone please respond

chicago , if you are caught with it hopefully the take it, you might get a fine or jail time, or you might get shot by the cops
if you are ordering it from over seas and it comes through customs, and customs finds it does not meet the US laws (orange tip) they will destroy it. you will not get your money back, because the company sent you the item you ordered, so they get paid.
