M16 Airsoft Magazines

Are m16 airsoft rifles compatible with any magazine?
I am dissatisfied with the magazine in my m16 airsoft rifle. It only holds 40 rounds and I would like to buy one with a capacity of 100 or greater. is this possible for any m16?
You need a magazine that was made specifically for that gun. There are so many different types of guns and magazines that you can’t just get any old one. I suggest checking out the manufacturers website or calling them up to see if they have bigger magazines. If not, maybe just buy another one and switch them out when you run dry.
I know how it is, especially with those electric guns… on full-auto the bb’s run out in a heartbeat. Crossman makes some guns that are top-loaded, which hold something like 600 bb’s. They are always on sell at Big 5 or Dick’s Sporting Goods.
