Do I need these for my airsoft gun?
Do I need to put these on my airsoft gun to mount a Vietnam style m203 grenade launcher? Here’s a picture of these.

I have a standard M-16 with no rails or anything, just a regular m-16. Here’s a picture of it.

Do I need to buy those weaver rails, or will that m203 conversion kit just fit right on?
No, the m203 will replace the lower handguard, while the heatsheild (thing with holes) replaces the upper handguard. the m203 is held around your outer barrel. Good choice on m203. It will look like this:
