Is the Dboys M4 RIS Full Metal Airsoft gun a decent, tough, good quality airsoft gun?
I want to know about the Dboys M4 RIS Airsoft, how accurate? Durable? FPS? Toughness? I want some answers from people who own, or at least have used it, THANKS!
If you are new to airsoft then a Dboys M4 is a fine choice. Just don’t expect it to be amazing or anything. A friend of mine has one. It’s okay. Not good, not bad, just okay. In terms of accuracy, the Dboys m4 sprays rounds more than anything. Hopup isn’t great, but you can expect that from the Chinese. Range is about 130-150 feet I’d say. Maybe more if you loft rounds. Most of the metal on it is pot metal, so It could be better, but in terms of durability it’s just fine. Can’t say the same for the internals though. Sure it will hold up, but not forever. Stock FPS is high 300′s to 400. Noobies think that’s good, but FPS doesn’t mean anything in an airsoft gun… all in the hop up. I’d normally urge you to save up and buy something better such as the G&P M4 that I have, but if you’re new to airsoft the Dboys will get you going just fine.
