Are these airsoft parts all compatible?

I want to make my own airsoft gun by buying all the parts instead of buying an already made one. These are the parts:

Are they all compatible so I can make them into an m4 style automatic pistol with the power of a sniper rifle?

You need a metal hop-up unit to use in the metal lower receiver, and there was no hop-up bucking and nub.
