Is it illegal to wear masks on a non-halloween day?
Ok so my friend and I were dancing in the Home depot parking at about, 10:00 to some music (at night) with a michael jackson mask on, just dancing around, and last time we did it people laughed, but then the cops showed up this time, and told us “its illegal to wear masks you know, when its not halloween? Cause he told us it was.. also took my airsoft gun, (no thats not why we are going to court) but because we were dancing with masks on..
I live in Marietta Georgia and just curious if its illegal.. cause now we have to go to court
We didn’t have the gun out idiot.. We had it in the car from last time we went to play air soft. It was in the wrong place at the wrong time.. All we were doing was dancing with the masks on to music on.. But we were far away from home depot. We were in the middle of a HUGE parkin lot with tons of other stores around.

well i will answer your question with my own. why the hell are you hanging out in front of a bussiness with a mask on and in possession of something that could be mistaken for a real gun?!?! were you high? did nothing about that idea strike you as dumb?
