Airsoft Bazooka Fire
Can i use a potato cannon as an airsoft mortar?
i don’t have a potato cannon, but my friend does and i was wondering, can you but enough airsoft bb’s somehow into the muzzle to make it like a mortar? like, for instance, taking a square peice of cloth and putting all the bb’s in it, then putting it in, and firing it upward? hopefully and theoretically this will result in a huge scatter-fire-area. or another variant- a bazooka maybe?
ooh ya its a pvc one with a chamber filled with hairspray as a propellant. it’s ignited by a starter like on for a grill.
I don’t know what kind of propulsion you are using but here is the homemade bazookas i’ve seen. It’s a long piece of PVC pipe with a release valve about 2/3 of the way down. On the closed end is a fill valve where compressed air is put in, so that back chamber is filled with air. The open end is then filled with about 500 BBs, and has a kind of nerf golf ball inserted to seal it off. When the valve is open quickly, it makes a loud FUNG and BBs rain all over the opposition!
