Airsoft Battles Aeg

Airsoft advice: Skorpion?
I want to get the Tokyo Marui VZ 61 Skorpion airsoft gun, since I love Eastern Bloc weapons and this is practically the only Skorpion on the market, but I wonder if the price is worth it and how well it would stand up to my friends’ guns. I mostly do small, “around the house”-type battles on my 1.5 acre piece of land, or some small 5-acre field battles at a friend’s house. I want to know if it’s worth buying to use it as a main weapon (since I know it only fires at about 250 fps and is pretty expensive at $250) and how well it would stand up to an AEG in these circumstances (my friends have higher grade, 330-350 fps AEG’s) or if I should just buy a good AEG for $100 less.
Any opinions? (Right now, any gun is better than my $40 280-fps spring gun.)
FOR THAT PRICE I’D ADVISE AGAINST IT.
