Airsoft Battery Discharger
Will my NIMH airsoft battery mess up?
Hi, I have two NIMH air-soft batteries. I got my air-soft gun on Christmas day and charged each battery fully the same day. I used one and it still hasn’t died to today, but the other one I haven’t used at all. I’m going to get a discharger next week(wednesday or thursday). But this is my question…is my battery getting more messed up through each day that it remains fully charged? will it be messed up when i use it?
No. NiMH batters have a very low memory tolerance (they dont pick up bad charging habits)
NiCd’s/ LIPO do though.
it’s actually a bad idea, to completely discharge an NiMH (more stress on the battery)
So honestly… you don’t need a discharger
