Airsoft Battery Charging
what happens if i use my airsoft gun without charging the battery first?
this is my first AEG and i put the battery in b4 i charged it but took it out when the gun didnt work will this affect my gun in any way? also in the middle of the charge i took it out to test it but the gun didnt shoot or nothing all i heard was a clicking sound each time i pulled the trigger…
i really need help on this because this is my first AEG i have had plent of c02 guns n spring ones
I think you’re thinking that whole story that if you don’t let the battery fully charge during the first charge you’ll get lots of problems. That’s half the story. You do get problems but not the second you uncharge it, it’s usually a couple of weeks or months down the line, but it’s not a guarantee.
Now to your question…The clicking sound can be a few things. If it’s a single click when you pull the trigger then odds are your batter doesn’t have enough juice to cycle the motor.
If it’s a click click click…. repeating it’s probably a problem with your gears.
If it’s a pop sound, it could be a bad wiring connection causing a short.
In short it could be quite a few things, but if anything charge your battery fully and see what happens. half charging a batter won’t effect the gun, just the battery itself.
