the best you will get for that is the AGM m16. It is $175, full metal, great magazine, 430 to 460 fps with no upgrades.
But remember, no matter how hight the fps, the gun can still be crap if you don’t have other good parts.
And it is very nice to have a 9.6 volt battery. With my AGM SCAR shooting 430 fps with .20 bbs, my new 9.6 volt battery like doubled the rof.
