Electric Airsoft M16s

This is going to be my first time buying an electric rifle, so I would like to know which brands are the best and which ones are the worst, compared to each other. I like M4s, M16s, etc. and I’ve looked at these guns:

Can you guys place these guns at an order of 1-4? These are the guns that I am most interested in, and I would like to know which brand is the best, or best for the money.
My price range is not too much over $150, and definitely not in the $200s. But if I can get a better bang for the buck with a rifle less than $150, then that would be nice as well.
